Shipping Policy

At Cofaidh Box, we ship all subscription boxes at the start of each month to ensure you receive your coffee fresh and on time.

 

Shipping is available within the UK only and is free with every subscription. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. If you place an order after our monthly cut-off, your box will be included in the following month’s shipment. We’re committed to delivering a reliable and enjoyable experience every time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products—fresh coffee and perishable treats — we’re unable to accept returns.

 

However, if your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or there’s an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us an email at contact@cofaidhbox.co.uk with your order number and a brief description (including photos if possible), and we’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate. Your experience matters, and we’ll always do our best to put it right.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Cofaidh Box subscription at any time through your account dashboard—no questions asked. If you cancel before your next billing date, you won’t be charged again. If your next box has already been billed, the cancellation will apply to the following month’s box, and the current one will still be delivered as scheduled.

Gift subscriptions and one-time gift boxes cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased, as they are processed immediately to secure stock and shipping.

Product Availability

Each Cofaidh Box is curated monthly using small-batch coffee and artisan products sourced from independent Scottish roasters and makers. Because we work with limited runs and seasonal items, the contents of your box may vary month to month.

If a specific product becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value—always maintaining the quality and vibe you expect from us. We do our best to keep things fresh, exciting, and consistent with our brand values.
