  • What is CofaidhBox?
    Cofaidh Box is a Scottish specialty coffee subscription that delivers hand-selected coffee from independent Scottish roasters straight to your door.
  • How does the subscription work?
    Each month, we curate fresh coffee from top roasters, pack it with tasting notes and optional artisan gifts, and ship it to you. You don’t choose the coffee—we make the selection for an exciting experience.
  • Can I choose my coffee?
    No, we select surprise coffees each month to introduce you to new flavors and roasters.
  • Where do you source your coffee?
    All coffee is sourced from independent Scottish roasters who focus on quality, ethical sourcing, and fresh roasting.
  • When will my box arrive?
    We ship all boxes at the start of each month. Orders placed after the cutoff date will be included in the following month’s shipment.
  • How much coffee do I get?
    Pure Brew: 1 x 250g bag The Signature: 1 x 250g bag + chocolate The Explorer: 2 x 250g bags + artisan gift The Connoisseur: 3 x 250g bags + artisan gifts + exclusive gift
  • Do you offer gift subscriptions?
    Yes! You can send a 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12-month gift subscription with a personalized message.
  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • Do you support any charities?
    Yes! We proudly donate to Scottish charities, focusing on Gaelic organizations that promote language and cultural preservation.
