All CofaidhBox orders ship on the last working day of each month. This timing allows us to collaborate with our Roaster of the Month, ensuring every box contains a fresh batch roasted especially for CofaidhBox.
Shipping in monthly batches helps us keep your coffee as fresh as possible, for as long as possible.
We use Royal Mail 48 for all standard deliveries. This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days, however, deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, and other remote areas may take longer.
Tracking is provided once your order is shipped, but please note that Royal Mail 48 tracking usually only updates once the parcel has been delivered. If your parcel has not arrived, please allow 14 working days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur.
You can cancel your CofaidhBox subscription at any time through your dashboard no questions asked.
If you cancel before your next billing date. you will not be charged again.
If you cancel within 7 days of your next billing date, your cancellation will apply to the following month. This is because we have already contacted our featured roaster and arranged for your coffee to be specially roasted fresh for your order, ensuring the best possible quality and experience.
Gift subscriptions and one time gift boxed cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased, as they are processed immediately to secure shipping and stock.
