Include your order number and a brief description so we can get straight to it. For damaged or incomplete boxes, add photos and contact us within 48 hours.

When will it arrive?
Boxes dispatch on the last working day of the month. Check the delivery page for timing and returns.
Need to pause or cancel?
Please email us. A two-month minimum applies and cancellations take effect at the billing-cycle end.
